Referral Scheme
Offices Direct (Nationwide) Limited offers both individuals and commercial agents the opportunity to earn an extra stream of income though our referral/affiliate scheme.
We will share our commission fee on a 50/50 basis with an agent or individual whenever any lead that they have introduced to us results in the successful letting of an office space.
In addition to this we will also send a £50 voucher (you can select from a list of main high street retailers) to the actual agent/individual who introduced the enquiry (This is subject to the commission fee being worth £1000 or more)

We at Offices Direct work very closely with Commercial Agents in many capacities as we deal with both serviced and leasehold requirements. We at Offices Direct deal with both serviced and leasehold requirements; therefore we work very closely with Commercial Agents in the following capacities:
- If an Agent has a client that is looking for serviced offices, then we able to process and place that enquiry on their behalf due to our extensive database of available space throughout the UK. 50/50 Shared Fees
- If as an Agent you have any enquiries that you consider either too small to deal with, or simply want to give the client more options; then let us know and we will be happy to deal with the client on your behalf. 50/50 Shared Fees.
- Due to our proactive approach to sourcing leads we are able to tap into many different types of requirement, and therefore we are able to bring a new stream of enquiries to the agent channel. We then work very closely with the agent in order to process and place the client in a suitable solution. 50/50 Shared Fees
- We always qualify leads and deal with clients and Agents in the most professional manner. We are always there to hold the clients hand and guide them through the whole process by providing advice, gathering information on their behalf, arrange viewings and even accompanying them if they so desire.
- We value our relationships with Agents and therefore will always keep you up to speed with the progress of any enquires that you have introduced to us.
We also always pay promptly as per our Terms and Conditions.

What This Means for You Is £££££££
All you have to do to start earning a 50/50 share of our fees is to introduce the potential client to us. If we are not aware of the enquiry already, then we will pay you a 50/50 share of our commission fees should the client take space through us due to your introduction as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
